Circuits, Yoga, & Guided Meditation Classes will be returning to the schedule this Summer!

Mixed Martial Arts

This beginner's class includes an introduction into various disciplines and the techniques utilized in mixed martial arts such as: 

Boxing, Kickboxing, Karate, & Wrestling.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a self-defense martial art. 

This combat sport includes:

Grappling, Ground Fighting, and Submission Holds. 

Womens Cardio Kickboxing

In this women's only class-you'll find an empowering and motivating environment that provides tailored workouts for women to improve fitness and self-defense skills! 

Circuit Training

Our circuit training class includes calisthenic workouts rotating through various exercises. Targeting different parts of the body, we'll be focusing on different muscle groups in short intervals of time. 

Yoga & Guided Meditations

Yoga will utilize various physical poses looking to achieve a divine connection with the universe. Consider yoga as moving meditation, where you may calm your mind and create awareness. Research indicates that meditating and doing yoga can boost overall well-being and resilience to stress factors. 

Extra-Curricular-Classes

In addition to our Weekly Training Schedule, we will also be offering extra-curricular activities and special events. Crucial Instincts Athletics aims to provide an outlet for continuous improvement beyond just athletics-by finding community through group classes, activities, events & gatherings such as:

Firearms & Tactical Training, Land-Mapping & Navigation, Hunting & Trapping, Foraging, Fire-Starting, First Aid, Cold Weather Training, Fight Watch Parties, & Team Competitions!
